It's been a while since I've made out a menu, but now that baseball season is over and school is about to begin, I'm trying to get back into our little routine.
Monday: Layered Enchilada Bake
Tuesday: Chicken Fingers, Mashed Potatoes, & Corn (Nate's pick)
Wednesday: Frozen Pizza & Side Salad
Thursday: Weenies & Kraut, Fried Potatoes, & Green Beans
Friday: leftovers
Not the best menu plan I've come up with before, but it's just nice to have a plan in place. Slowly but surely I'll get back into the swing of things.
