Poppy Seed Ham Rolls

I don't have a picture of these (yet! I'll update with one after Saturday), but trust me when I say these are great! I've made them for showers, get togethers, and even for lunch on the weekends.

What you'll need:
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 sm. onion, grated
  • 3 pkgs. finger rolls
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. sliced ham

What you'll do:
  1. Mix first five ingredients.
  2. Slice entire package rolls lengthwise.
  3. Spread both slices with mixture.
  4. Put ham on bottom half and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Put rolls back in roll pan and cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Cool before slicing into individual rolls.

ENJOY!
